Will Decker

Trust Principal

Will serves as a Trust Principal with a focus on wealth management and trust and estate planning and administration.

Before joining Glenview, Will worked as a business litigation partner in Frost Brown Todd’s Louisville office. His practice focused on complex contract disputes, business torts, and trust and estate litigation, as well as advising clients on regulatory compliance and risk management. He previously worked as a commercial litigation associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York.

Will earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School. He also holds a Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Kentucky.

Will is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and New York. He is an active member of St. Francis in the Fields Episcopal Church.
