Trust Principal

Rebekah joined the Glenview Trust Company in 2025 as a Trust Principal in the Bowling Green office and has eleven years of experience in private practice. Prior to joining the Glenview Trust team, she owned and managed the law firm of McKinney Law, PLLC for five years, where she focused her practice on estate planning, probate administration, business succession planning, business organization and corporate and business law.  Prior to managing her own firm, Rebekah worked as an associate at the firms of Bell, Orr, Ayers & Moore P.S.C. and Kerrick Bachert, P.S.C.

Rebekah received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky in 2009, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology in 2011 from Western Kentucky University, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2014.  Professionally, Rebekah is a member of the American Bar Associate and the Kentucky Bar Association. 

Rebekah is a native of Scottsville, Kentucky and now lives with her husband and two children in the nearby community of Bowling Green.  She is active in the local communities of Bowling Green and Scottsville where she has served as the Chair for the Southern Kentucky Estate Planning Council, Social Chair and Treasurer of the Bowling Green-Warren County Bar Association, member of the Advocacy Committee for the Center for Courageous Kids, board member for the Allen County/Scottsville Arts Council, Inc., and as chair of the St. Joseph Interparochial School Safety Committee.

When she is not assisting clients, you can typically find Rebekah at the baseball park with her two children, at her parents’ farm in Scottsville, where she enjoys spending time outdoors with her two dogs, Biff and Utah, or discussing her latest read with the members of her book club.
