Planning Principal

Lanny holds the designations of Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant and brings over 38 years of public accounting experience to Glenview Trust. Prior to joining Glenview Trust, he was the Managing Partner of Holland CPAs in Bowling Green, KY for seven years and spent the last 12 years as Partner-In-Charge of a Top 25 regional public accounting firm - Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC - with responsibility for the Kentucky market. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Lanny has served clients in countless ways as a trusted advisor, including his expertise in the areas of merger and acquisition, succession planning, business valuation, and tax planning for businesses and high net-worth individuals.
 
Lanny graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Western Kentucky University and was recognized as the 2014 WKU Outstanding Accounting Alumnus. He has been actively involved in the Bowling Green community throughout his career, including service as an officer and board member for Junior Achievement of South Central KY, as a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters, and as president of the Bowling Green-Warren County Jaycees. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Bowling Green Noon Rotary Club. 
 
Lanny will utilize his extensive leadership and public accounting experience in the development of customized financial plans to assist clients and client families in achieving their financial goals.
