Henry “Collier” Clay joined The Glenview Trust Company as a Trust Principal, bringing a strong background in tax law and wealth management. Before joining Glenview Trust, he served as a Managing Associate Attorney in the Tax and Employee Benefits Department at Dentons Bingham Greenebaum, where his practice focused on federal, state, and local tax controversies as well as strategic tax planning. He also previously worked as an associate attorney with Watters Wolf Bub & Hansmann in St. Louis.

A Kentucky native, Clay earned his LL.M. in Taxation from Washington University in St. Louis and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. He also holds bachelor’s degrees in English and History from Centre College.

Clay is admitted to practice law in Kentucky and Missouri and serves on the board of the Cabbage Patch Settlement House. He is also an Eagle Scout. Outside of work, he enjoys playing the drums and pursuing lifelong learning opportunities.
