Stephanie L. Morgan-White, JD, CTFA

Stephanie has 23 years of legal experience serving individuals and families. She is a native of Hardin County, Kentucky.


Stephanie received her Juris Doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1995. She had previously earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Wittenberg University in 1992. In 2017, 2018 and 2019, she completed ABA Trust School earning Certificates in Trust respectively at the Foundational, Intermediate and Advanced levels. In October 2019, she passed the Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) Exam and continues to maintain the CTFA certification.


Before joining Glenview, Stephanie was a Partner with the Louisville law firm of Goldberg Simpson, LLC where she spent nearly 19 years serving individuals and families in the private practice of law. Prior to entering private practice, Stephanie served as a Staff Attorney with the Kentucky Court of Appeals.


Professionally, Stephanie is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar and the Louisville Bar Association. She serves on the ABA Trust School Advisory Board. She is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Metro Louisville, Inc., a Certified Family Law Mediator and a member of the Women Lawyer’s Association.


Stephanie serves our community as a member of the Board of Managers of the Northeast Family YMCA and as a Consumer-at-Large Representative on the Physician Assistant Advisory Committee for the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure and is on the Wittenberg University Alumni Association Board.  Within that Board, Stephanie serves as the On-Campus Engagement Committee Chair.  She is also an active member of Hurstbourne Baptist Church, a sustaining member of the Junior League of Louisville and Secretary of the Louisville Alpha Delta Pi Alumnae Association.
