C. Shawn Fox, JD

Trust Principal

Shawn joined The Glenview Trust Company in 2022 as Trust Principal.   Prior to joining Glenview, Shawn was in private practice for over 20 years as a member of the Louisville law firms of Seiller Waterman, LLC and McBrayer PLLC where he had a diverse practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation.  Shawn brings substantial experience serving clients in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration. 

He received his Juris Doctorate in 2001 from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Economics and Business Administration from Bellarmine College (now Bellarmine University), graduating cum laude from both institutions. 

Professionally, he is a member of Louisville Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and Estate Planning Counsel of Metro Louisville. He speaks frequently at various legal education functions educating attorneys, accountants, and community groups on estate planning and probate and trust administration topics.

Shawn is active in the community, including leadership in the legal community by serving as Chair of the Probate and Estate Section of the Louisville Bar Association. Shawn is also an active member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church.
