Chief Fiduciary Officer and Managing Principal

Ann has over 20 years of experience in the financial and legal industries. At Glenview, Ann leads the trust administration, financial planning and fiduciary tax reporting officers in delivering unparalleled trust administration, financial insights and advice. Ann also ensures Glenview’s compliance with the laws and regulations related to its fiduciary business.

Prior to joining Glenview, Ann served as the Kentucky Market Leader for PNC Bank and Fifth Third Bank and has served as the Fiduciary Director for Kentucky and Indiana for PNC Bank. She has extensive experience advising high net worth individuals and families in all aspects of estate and tax planning, including business succession planning, charitable planning and trust administration. Prior to entering the financial industry, Ann was a partner at Frost Brown Todd LLC focusing on litigation and estate planning. Ann is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law and licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Florida. She received her undergraduate degree from Sweet Briar College.

Ann is actively engaged in the community and currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Speed Art Museum and on the boards of the Filson Historical Society and Louisville Public Media. She is a graduate of Leadership Louisville.

Ann has been honored by Louisville Business First with its Enterprising Women Award and by the Louisville Defender with its Women’s History Honor.
